In other words, you can make a claim under the following eight circumstances:

The seed quality is unqualified, such as the seed purity is not enough; False seeds; Seeds that have not been examined or failed to pass the examination; The packaging label does not meet the requirements; Expired seeds; The seed operator promises not to honor; Insufficient weight and quantity; Unreasonable refusal or delay in compensation.
