Some gems are organic minerals or organic gems that meet the requirements of gem technology formed by the interaction between ancient organisms and modern organisms. It comes from organic materials, called organic gems, which are all from animals, plants and creatures. Natural organic gemstones are moist and charming under high pressure. The main difference between organic gemstones and inorganic gemstones is that organic gemstones must be related to animal and plant activities and abide by the laws of biophysics and biocrystalline mineralogy. Therefore, it is impossible for them to be synthesized artificially, which is essentially different from inorganic gems.
The varieties of organic gems are pearls (from shells), corals (from the remains of coral bones), amber (from resin fossils), coal jade (from wood fossils), ivory (divided into modern elephants and mammoths), dragonflies (from conch fossils), hawksbill (from turtle shells) and animal fossils.
Usually, according to its preciousness, it can be divided into three kinds: high-grade gem, intermediate gem and low-grade gem.
High-grade gems: including diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, golden-green cat's eyes, variable stones and high-grade pearls. Among them, diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds are called gems by western countries. Diamonds are the king of jewels.

Pearls are divided into natural pearls and cultured pearls, natural pearls are divided into natural seawater pearls and natural freshwater pearls, and cultured pearls are divided into Yangzhi seawater pearls and cultured freshwater pearls.
Coral is divided into red coral (expensive coral), white coral (mostly used in conjunction with bonsai technology), blue coral (now basically extinct), black coral (expensive) and golden coral (with clear spots on the surface).
