Jewelry and jade quality inspector (CGC), also known as national registered appraiser, refers to a professional and technical person who has passed the national unified examination, obtained the qualification certificate of quality inspector and registered to engage in jewelry business activities. After passing the examination, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) will issue the qualification certificate of jewelry and jade quality inspector uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and stamped by the Ministry of Personnel and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, which is valid nationwide.
The examination system for quality inspectors of jewelry and jade was implemented from 1997, and the first batch of quality inspectors was born on129 October. Up to now, there are 797 registered appraisers in China.
Every three years, the country conducts qualification registration for quality inspectors. During this period, quality inspectors must always engage in the work related to the quality inspection of jewelry and jade, and receive re-education for a certain period of time to ensure that they constantly update their knowledge, master the latest quality inspection technology, and maintain a high professional level.
● Registration conditions
1. Obtained secondary school education in jewelry and jade specialty (including geology) and engaged in jewelry and jade appraisal and inspection for 5 years; Or obtain a secondary school degree in this major and have been engaged in professional work for 7 years. 2. Obtain a college degree in a related major and have been engaged in professional work for 2 years; Or obtain a college degree in this major and have been engaged in professional work for 4 years. 3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in relevant major and have been engaged in professional work for 1 year; Non-undergraduate degree, engaged in professional work for 3 years. 4. Obtain a master's degree or above in related majors and have been engaged in professional work for half a year; Or obtain a master's degree or above in non-professional field and engage in professional work for 1 year. 5. Employed as a professional engineer in jewelry and jade (including geology) or above. 6. Obtain the qualification examination certificate of jewelry and jade inspection that has great influence abroad.
