Therefore, the construction of Ninghua Chengguan-Hucun-Luojiaping Highway is of great significance for improving the tourism traffic environment, promoting the development of tourism resources and promoting the county economic development in Ninghua.

2. It is agreed that this project is designed according to the secondary highway standard promulgated by the Ministry of Communications. Considering the small traffic volume of this section of highway, in order to make full use of the old road, it is agreed in principle that the design speed is 40 km/h, the subgrade width is 8.5 meters, and the all-cement concrete pavement is adopted. Bridge and culvert are the same width as subgrade; Other technical indicators shall be implemented according to the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering issued by the current Ministry.

Agree in principle with the main line scheme recommended in the report, that is, the starting point of Ninghua Chengguan-Hucun Highway is located near Ninghua Chengguan Repair Factory (intersecting with Provincial Highway 205), passing through Dongshan Bridge, Mayuanting, Chenkeng, Shangshang, Shiqianqiao and Wu Fang, and ending at the former site of Hucun Red Army Hospital, with a length of about 27.4 kilometers; The branch line from Hucun to Luoguping starts from Wu Fang and ends at Luoguping, with a total length of about 4.7 kilometers.
