Handle the consignment process
The consignment process is as follows:

1. The shipper shall bring relevant identification documents to the station in advance to handle the consignment business;

2. Produce relevant certificates (such as animal and plant quarantine certificate, radioactive substance dose certificate, oil sample box use certificate, etc.). );

3. Fill in the consignment note;

4. Review the consignment note and accept the goods;

5. Check and weigh the goods;

6. The shipper gives the bill of lading to the window.

Passengers must check their luggage with valid tickets. The carrier shall indicate the quantity and weight of the checked baggage on the passenger ticket and baggage ticket. The carrier shall attach a baggage label to each piece of luggage checked by the passenger and give the label to the passenger. The self-care baggage agreed by the carrier shall be combined with the checked baggage and weighed, and handed over to the passengers to take care of themselves in the cabin, and the self-care baggage label shall be attached to the luggage. Checked baggage shall not carry valuables such as currency, negotiable securities, precious cultural relics, gold and silver jewelry, archives and materials, as well as articles and dangerous goods prohibited or restricted by the state.

Legal basis: Article 8 17 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Passengers' carry-on luggage shall meet the agreed quota and category requirements; If you carry luggage that exceeds the limit or violates the category requirements, you should go through the check-in procedures.

Article 8 18

Passengers are not allowed to carry or carry inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and dangerous or prohibited articles that may endanger the safety of people and property on the means of transport in their luggage.

If a passenger violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the carrier may unload, destroy or deliver the dangerous or prohibited articles to the relevant departments. If the passenger insists on carrying or entraining dangerous goods or prohibited articles, the carrier shall refuse to transport them.
