As a shopping guide of a jewelry store, my main responsibility is to introduce and sell jewelry products in the store to customers. Compared with other sales positions, the work of shopping guide is relatively simple, because they focus on one product type and do not need to master too much product knowledge. The shopping guide needs to know the basic information such as the style, material and price of jewelry in the store, and can provide professional suggestions and recommendations to customers. In addition, the shopping guide should maintain a good service attitude, communicate with customers, answer customers' questions and help customers make purchase decisions. Although shopping guide needs certain sales skills and product knowledge, the workload is relatively light compared with other sales positions.
