From 20 15, Lao Fengxiang set up a special rights protection team. Lao Fengxiang successively filed a trademark invalidation declaration with the State Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for the "Hundred Years Fengxiang" and two registered trademark patterns registered by Dolly Company, and filed an infringement lawsuit with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court for the infringement of "Hundred Years Fengxiang".
On April 23, Lao Fengxiang held a press conference, saying that after three years of hard work, the case of Shanghai time-honored "Lao Fengxiang" suing "Hundred Years Fengxiang" for infringement was fully won.

Since 20 15, Lao Fengxiang has established a normalized intellectual property (trademark) monitoring system, and strives to prevent similar trademarks from being registered at the source through trademark objection procedures. Up to now, Lao Fengxiang has filed 265 trademark objection applications and trademark invalidation applications, most of which have been successful.
