On July 20 10, Runling Public Welfare Consulting officially divested its CSR consulting business and changed its name to RKS CSR rating. The evaluation system of social responsibility report was upgraded to the rating system of social responsibility report, and RKS became the first independent third-party social responsibility rating agency in China.
