Cosmetic shops, beauty salons, production and processing plants, repair shops, public toilets, waste recycling points, express outlets mainly for receiving and sending parts, etc. , the total number of retail outlets shall not exceed 2% of the total number of licensed households in the jurisdiction as of last year (65438+February 3 1).
