Synopsis of story:

Felix is a poor drummer. Although he is down and out, he plays drums very well. But not long after, Felix's only valuable drum set was taken away by the dealer because he was unable to repay his debts. One day, Felix got a drumstick from a homeless man in the street, and then bought a set of drums in the second-hand market with the help of his friends. Since then, strange things have happened. Felix found that when he beat the drum, some pedestrians on the road under the window could not help dancing with the drum. Miss Shirley was the first one he found.

Shirley is a flute player in an orchestra and works as a waiter in a bar in her spare time. Felix followed all the way and finally found the answer. It turns out that all people born in new york will dance when they hear Felix's drums. The magic of Felix's drum was discovered by two robbers. They hijacked Felix and Shirley and tried to rob the jewelry store with his drum. Felix not only failed to let the robbers succeed, but also successfully rescued Shirley. After this encounter, Felix returned to his old band, and together with Shirley brought carnival and fantastic percussion to his friends.
