Right to judge

Each game is controlled by a referee. From the time the referee enters the stadium until he leaves, the referee has the right to fully implement the rules of the designated game.

* When a team is fouled and benefits from favorable conditions, the game is allowed to continue. If the favorable conditions do not appear, the initial foul will be punished.

* Record the competition events and submit the competition report to the relevant units. The report includes disciplinary charges against players or team staff, as well as any other events before, during or after the game.

* If no timekeeper is specified, he will also be the timekeeper of the competition.

* Stop, suspend or end the game due to any violation of the rules or any off-site interference.

* When a player is given a warning and punishment for leaving the field, he should be given a warning or sent off.

* Ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the stadium.

* When a player is seriously injured, stop the game and take the injured player out of the stadium for treatment.

* If you think the player is only slightly injured, keep playing until the ball is out of the game.

* Make sure that the match ball meets the requirements in Chapter 2.

Decision of the referee

The referee's ruling on the facts of the game is final.

Fifa resolution

Resolution 1

If the referee and the second referee blow the whistle at the same time, and there are different judgments on which team to punish, the referee's judgment is final.

Resolution 2

Both the referee and the second referee have the right to warn the players or punish them for leaving. When their decisions are different, the referee's decision is final.
