Log in to your account in JD.COM Mall and select "My Orders" at the top of the homepage.

Select "Apply for Repair/Return" on the far right side of the order.

After selecting the goods to apply for, enter the "Apply for After-sales Service" page.

Please pay attention to JD. "after-sales service rules" of COM:

1. If there is any quality problem within 7 days from the actual receipt of the goods, it can be returned and exchanged within 8 days to 15 days.

2. It is more than 15 days since you actually received the goods. In order not to delay your use and shorten the maintenance time of faulty goods, it is recommended that you directly contact the local manufacturer's maintenance outlets for handling when the goods fail. Please log in to the factory in official website or call the factory service hotline to consult the information of the maintenance outlets, and you can go to the outlets for maintenance with the invoice. During the warranty period stipulated by the National Three Guarantees, there are no after-sales service products of brand manufacturers, and JD.COM provides free maintenance services.

3. In the case that there is no problem with the goods, JD.COM promises to return the goods in full within 7 days from the date when you actually receive them. As long as they are not used, the secondary sales will not be affected. All the products sold in JD.COM are brand new. In order to protect the interests of consumers, the following situations are regarded as affecting secondary sales:

1) Non-product problems such as refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, air conditioners and water heaters. Do not accept returns, so please place an order carefully;

2) Open the original package of the sealed product;

3) The product has been used for electricity, water and card slot;

4) Diamonds, gold, watches, luxury goods, jewelry and personal accessories are not accepted for return.

Select "Return". Fill in: submitted quantity, application evidence, problem description, commodity return method (door-to-door pick-up, delivery to pick-up point, express delivery to JD.COM. COM), refund method (refund to account balance, return to original payment method, refund to bank card), contact name and mobile phone number. Submit the application form.

Please wait for approval after submitting your application. After the approval, the goods will be returned in the way you choose. For example, if I choose to pick up the goods at home, usually a courier from JD.COM will pick up the goods the next day.
