At that time, there were four bandits in Hui 'an County, Fujian Province, namely Wang Chaishui, Li Fa, Du Jian and Wang Lian, who together constituted the "Four Giant Bandits in Hui 'an".

Wang Chai-shui's crimes, especially the bandit Wang Chai-shui, can be said to be evil bandits, overbearing, full of evil spirits and committing all kinds of evils. Wang Chaishui lived in Hui 'an for fifteen years, which brought great harm to the lives of local people.

For example, when Wang Chaishui was a bandit, in order to strengthen his own strength, he actively carried out "bandits" from various villages in Hui 'an County, that is, he asked each village to produce two or three able-bodied men, and then enriched himself into his own team to be bandits. At the same time, Wang Chaishui levied "contact tax" on all villages, and more than 600 villages were forced to "contact" with him.

In addition, Wang Chai-shui also asked these villages to plant opium extensively, and then he bought opium in a unified way after harvest. Of course, this kind of acquisition is not serious, but it is obtained by bullying. Worst of all, Wang Chaishui manipulated the salt of hundreds of villages in Hui 'an Fiona Fang, and then sold it to all the villagers at a high price. Because salt, like water, is a necessity of life, ordinary people have to accept Wang Chai-shui's exploitation and buy his salt in order to live.

In this way, Wang Chai-shui exploited and blackmailed the people like local tyrants. Moreover, Wang Chaishui also invented the method of kidnapping and extortion to make money. Specifically, as long as he saw rich families, he indiscriminately kidnapped them as hostages, then offered ransom to the families of the hostages and tortured them with ecstasy. These tortures are also very cruel and terrible. Even if the family redeemed the hostage, the hostage was tortured and seriously injured.

Bandits are human beings, and sometimes they get sick with headaches and brain fever. On one occasion, Wang Chai-shui was ill, and doctors were unwilling to treat him at home because of the notoriety of bandits, mainly for fear of losing their lives. In a rage, Wang Chai-shui sent someone to catch the doctor first, and if he couldn't cure it, he would supply it back. In this way, these doctors were "under house arrest" more than 30 times. Finally, a "invited" Fujian famous doctor prescribed a life-saving prescription, which not only saved Wang Chaishui's life, but also liberated more than 30 doctors.

As you can see, Wang Chai-shui's bullying and ferocity are also shared by people and gods! Later, in 1922, Wang Chaishui was actually recruited by the Kuomintang, but in the Kuomintang, he was bon voyage and became the platoon leader, company commander, battalion commander and head of the Kuomintang army.

Wang Chai-shui's "Hui 'an June 6th Massacre" is even more vicious as a Kuomintang officer. 1On June 6th, 929, Wang Chaishui and another member, Wang Lian, led hundreds of bandits to create the famous "Hui 'an June 6th Massacre" when the defense in Hui 'an was empty. At that time, Wang Chai-shui led hundreds of bandits into the city, then burned and looted, which plunged the whole city into chaos. The city is full of the tragic cries of robbers and the cries of death. The surviving old people are very concerned about this tragedy. Anyone who is lucky enough to live hates Wang Chai-shui.

Wang Chai will eventually be brought to justice. Fortunately, God has eyes, and what goes around comes around! Three years later, Wang Chai-shui competed with the bandit Chen Guohui for territory and was defeated by Chen Guohui. At that time, Wang Chaishui led the remnants to Shanghai. He wanted to make a comeback, but he was discovered by fellow villagers in Hui 'an, Shanghai, and followed the report all the way. After that, the envelope flew like snowflakes to Wu Tiecheng, director of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau.

Finally, from 1932 to 10, the heinous kidnapper Wu Tiecheng was finally captured by Wu Tiecheng and executed. When Wang Chaishui was shot, the police deliberately chose not to shoot from behind, but to shoot from the front, so that those who hated him witnessed his death at the last minute.

At the moment of Wang Chaishui's death, Huian people were so happy that they could finally breathe a sigh of relief. In this way, a frenzied bandit was finally brought to justice.
