Section 1 Types and Trading Hours
Article 1 The transaction ordered and repurchased by Party A and Party B is Chufengyin products. Party B conducts spot transactions in the form of 2% deposit.
Article 2 Trading time: 8: 00 am on Monday to 3: 30 am on Saturday.
Article 3 Settlement time: Trading will be stopped from 4: 00 am to 7: 00 am every day. (Xia Dong dual-system conversion and holiday suspension are subject to the announcement on the website of Chufeng e-commerce platform).
Article 4 Category of Chufeng silver products: 10 kg of silver.
Article 5 Color and delivery specifications: The color of silver is ≥99.9%, and the delivery weight is an integer multiple of 500g.
Article 6 Quotation unit: The quotation unit of silver is: Yuan (RMB) ∕ gram, with two decimal places reserved after Yuan (RMB); The above quotations are based on international real-time prices, and the settlement currency is RMB.
Article 7 Single ceiling: The maximum ceiling of a single silver transaction is 10.
Article 8 Purchase and sale methods: online ordering and physical delivery are adopted, and Party B can entrust the transfer according to the real-time market price.
The second quarter instructions issued
Article 9 Party B may send orders for ordering, repurchase and transfer through the client of Party A's online ordering system, apply for delivery in writing, and inquire about the transaction and delivery results by itself. Party B shall be fully responsible for the operation results.
Article 10 Party A's online ordering system automatically checks Party B's instructions, including whether the funds or objects are sufficient, to determine whether Party B's instructions are valid. When it is determined that Party B's instruction is invalid, Party A has the right to refuse to accept Party B's instruction.
Article 11 After the daily settlement of Party A's online order system is completed, Party B can inquire about the transaction settlement documents by itself.
Article 12 If Party B has any objection to the settlement documents, it must raise it with Party A within 24 hours, otherwise it will be deemed that Party B has confirmed the matters recorded in the settlement documents.
Article 13 After Party B sends a trading order through the online ordering system client, if the actual trading price fluctuates with the order price sent by Party B due to the delay in market display, Party B shall confirm the transaction.
Article 14 After the order is issued, when the order is incomplete or partially completed, Party B may cancel the unfinished part of the order through the online ordering system.
Section III Funds and Settlement
Article 15 Party B shall open a special fund settlement account in the bank designated by Party A as the only fund settlement account for ordering and repurchasing Ding Fengyin products from Party A. ..
Section IV Account and Risk Management
Article 16 Party B has the ownership of the funds in its capital account and the physical objects in the delivery warehouse, and Party A shall not use Party B's funds and physical objects for its own business activities or provide guarantee for others' business activities.
Article 17 Party B has the right to inquire about its account status at any time. Party B may transfer funds from its account by bank transfer, and Party A shall actively cooperate.

Party B shall manufacture and inspect in strict accordance with relevant national standards and regulations, and the materials and spare parts shall be brand-new and unused, and conform to the provisions of the annex to this contract, so as to ensure the product quality. Products must undergo technical inspection before leaving the factory and meet the relevant national standards. If there are problems in the use of the product that are not caused by Party A's human factors, it is found to be counterfeit by the quality supervision department (including but not limited to refurbished products, defective products, knockoffs, etc. ), Party A has the right to require Party B to replace it in part or in whole, and at the same time compensate Party A for 20% of the total contract subject matter as liquidated damages;
If the relevant products or accessories are imported products, manufacturer information, certificate of origin, import license documents, customs duty payment certificate and import tariff certificate shall also be issued to ensure that the functions confirmed by Party A and Party B can be realized. Foreign language materials of imported products shall be provided by Party B with Chinese translation materials notarized by the original manufacturer or notary office.
Article 3 Payment method:
