Before becoming a monk, Dharma had superhuman wisdom and was extraordinary. On one occasion, Prajna paramita pointed to a pile of jewels and asked Sanfa:
"Is there anything better than these jewels? 」
Eldest brother month net doro replied:
"no! These jewels are the most precious in our palace, and nothing in the world can surpass them. 」
Second brother merits doro also replied:
"I have never seen anything more precious than these treasures in the world. 」
Only the third Boddoro disagreed with this statement. He said: "I don't think what the two brothers said is right. These jewels are actually worthless! 」
The two brothers asked in unison, "Why are these jewels worthless? What valuable treasure do you have? " ? 」
Bodhidoro said: "Because these jewels can't realize their own value, they must be distinguished by human intelligence, otherwise they are just unconscious things. The Buddhist truth said by the Buddha is a magic weapon. The magic weapon is the intelligence exerted by human Prajna, which can not only reflect on oneself, but also distinguish various treasures and better distinguish all good and evil laws in the world. Therefore, among all kinds of treasures, the most noble one should be the magic weapon of supreme truth. 」
Dharma's wisdom is detached, and his views are not bound by tradition. With this superior karma, after becoming a monk, he inherited the mantle of Prajnaparamita and became the twenty-eighth generation of the founder of the Western Heaven. When Liang Wudi was in power in China, he came to China from the East and lived in Shaoshifeng for nine years, which is the so-called ancestor of the East.
What is a real treasure? The seven treasures of the world, such as gold, silver and pearls, are the three treasures of Buddhism, dharma and monks. Buddhism, dharma and monks are also called the three treasures of self-nature, which means that everyone has his own true nature. Gold, silver and jewels are sometimes destroyed, but true nature is not. Dharma had this understanding with young cleverness, and finally he was able to inherit the ancestral throne. And Buddhism came from the east, with five flowers and five leaves and endless light. As the saying goes, a wise mind shines brightly, which means that the magic weapon of truth is better than treasure.
