1. After opening the back cover of the watch, open it with a watch opener or a watch opener. When using the rice opener, you can twist the back cover slightly in the tightening direction and then in the loosening direction.

2. Remove the internal movement and other parts. Gently pry the movement out of the case from the handle with a willow branch or toothpick, take out the movement with the needle, turn the movement with the needle over, hold the movement with the following actions, and unscrew the two fixing ring screws with the watch, one on the left and the other on the right.

3. After removing the fixing ring, remove the fixing ring, turn the movement upside down, lay it flat, and prepare to remove the needle.
