Nuohui Group takes the petrochemical industry as the leader, and also does international oil field investment, international jewelry, film and television production and other businesses. We have branches in Beijing, Hongkong, Singapore, Middle East, Daqing Oilfield, Jilin Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield, and have established good cooperative relations with PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, China Chemical, Minmetals and COFCO.

Like many entrepreneurs, Chi Xiaoyu has experienced some ups and downs, and it was not smooth sailing. I majored in music in college and naturally became a music teacher after graduation. But after two years as a teacher, he resolutely resigned from public office and started his own business.

Chi Xiaoyu said that the biggest change is the mentality. For his biggest hobby, golf, the change of mentality is very obvious. He said that at the age of 20, he felt that everyone could not live up to him; At the age of 30, he asked others by his own standards; At the age of 40, he only wants to be worthy of others, and he no longer cares about others. He believes that mentality determines everything. "Doing business and being a man are the same. Losing money is a blessing. If you give up, you can't care too much. " This mentality has brought him many friends and many "coincidences".

Chi Xiaoyu divided his entrepreneurial experience into twenty years. In the first decade, I experienced many twists and turns because I was young and adventurous. I have worked in many industries such as advertising, decoration engineering and trade. My career has been ups and downs, and things have been good and bad.

In 2000, Chi Xiaoyu returned to his anniversary hometown, where he began his second decade, focusing on the petrochemical industry. At first, I mainly made petroleum equipment and materials, and later I made chemical raw materials and fuel oil. After ten years of development, the domestic business of Nuohui Group is getting better and better. In the past two years, we began to explore overseas international oil and gas raw materials trade markets, and reached cooperation with kings, chiefs and their family businesses in many countries in the Middle East. 20 12 signed the China market development and cooperation agreement with ADDAX-ORYX oil trading company, one of the three largest oil companies in Europe.

Doing jewelry business stems from his personal hobby. Because many friends around me also pay attention to jade and like gambling on stones, an opportunity collided in communication, and Nuohui High-end Jewelry and Jade Club was born naturally.

At present, the high-end jewelry club has been in operation for more than a year, mainly composed of jadeite, diamonds and colored gems.

Nuohui's jade chain began with the mining of the original stone, which came from Myanmar, the source of jade, and Pingzhou, the largest jade distribution center in Myanmar, and then was designed and processed in Jieyang. This greatly reduces the cost of jadeite. In jewelry design, in addition to hiring professional designers, Novell also cooperates with some well-known jewelry designers to conduct personal tailor-made business. In addition, introduced by the President of the China-US Chamber of Commerce, Novell Jewelry is also in contact with Harry Winston, the world's top jewelry brand, to explore the possibility of cooperation.

"New Leader": In the past two years, the business focus of Nuohui began to shift to the international market. What is the consideration?

Chi Xiaoyu: Mainly because of the limited domestic resources, there is not much room for the growth of Nuohui in China. At the same time, foreign resources are abundant. Through personal relations, we have established good relations with some foreign kings, princes and other members of the royal family, as well as some family businesses, and can obtain resources at competitive prices. The international market will be the business space for Novell Group to expand vigorously, and also the main growth point in the future.

New leader: Is the international and domestic business scope the same? Is there any business expansion?

Chi Xiaoyu: We mainly have two foreign businesses: one is the international trade of fuel oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG); The other is oil field exploitation, but there is no domestic business.

New Leader: In the jewelry business, Novell also began to try to establish contact with international jewelry brands. What are the plans in this regard?

Chi Xiaoyu: It is a coincidence to establish contact with Harry Winston. No matter which industry, China market is favored by the world. At this time, Harry Winston was planning to enter China. We have such business, so we established contact. There's a chance. I just follow the trend, not the result of long-term planning. At present, it is only in the negotiation stage with Harry Winston, and there is no substantive progress.

In terms of international jewelry cooperation, Novell still has certain resource advantages based on the international cooperation background of petrochemical industry. For example, some petrochemical partners in the Middle East are also interested in jewelry, and some are engaged in diamond business. Both sides have positive cooperation intentions.

New leader: What is Novell's future plan for jewelry business?

Chi Xiaoyu: At present, there are two main target groups in high-end jewelry clubs: collectors and private tailors. With the gradual maturity of the jewelry market, the collection and inheritance of jewelry will surely become a trend, so we have made such a positioning. In terms of promotion, we mainly cooperate with some high-end clubs and clubs, because our target population is the same, and they are all concentrated people who are interested in jewelry and have needs.

For relatively cheap colored gems, such as tourmaline and crystal, we will gradually launch sub-brands and make some popular products. In line with the market demand, there will be differences with high-end products in design, and sub-brands will be more personalized and fashionable. For example, our jadeite is processed from the original stone, and we can use some leftover materials with good texture. Without more processing, we can make some younger, more fashionable and more personalized products. Of course, we will also increase investment in promotion and try new ways, such as e-commerce.
