Generally, Hetian jade pendants with certificates are genuine Hetian jade, but they may also be Hetian jade in a broad sense, rather than Hetian jade seed material in Xinjiang. In 2003, China stipulated that hetian jade can be identified if the tremolite content is above 98%, regardless of the origin, quality and value. Ordinary Korean materials and Hetian jade are cheap, only tens of dollars, including certificates.
