First take a bus from Qianxiang to Dongyang East Station, then take a bus from East Station to North Station (I know K9 passes through North Station), get off at North Station and get off at Crossstreet (the exit of North Station is Crossstreet), and walk a few hundred meters south to No.48 Cross Street.
