Rowen is an action film directed by Jing Wong. The film tells the story of Li Jie, a mainland policeman, who was heartbroken when he witnessed his wife and children being killed by a bomb. He resigned from public office and began to look for the murderer of his wife and children. The film was released in Hong Kong on July 1995.

Li Jie, an expert in blasting, witnessed his wife and children being killed alive because of misjudgment in performing their duties. Heartbroken, he resigned from public office, while looking for the murderer of his wife and children, while assuming a bold pseudonym, he worked as a bodyguard for Emperor Rowen and body double, and performed desperate dramas for him from time to time. There is no clue except remembering the murderer's voice. TV host Le Hui Zhen had doubts about Rowen's performance, so she followed him day and night. Rowen was invited to a large jewelry exhibition. The gangster who claimed to be a doctor planned to steal the diamond ornaments in the exhibition, and sent his assistant Zhu Fei as a public relations officer to work undercover in the hotel. On the day of the diamond show, Li Jie escorted Rowen to the scene and left. On the way home, he overheard the doctor's voice in the car, so he went back to chase the gangsters in desperation and staged a life-and-death scuffle.
