Depreciation fee for jewelry exchange.
The new Three Guarantees regulations meet the exchange conditions stipulated in the Three Guarantees, and if consumers are unwilling to exchange products of the same model and specifications and ask for a return, the seller shall return the products and charge the consumers the depreciation fee for the old products. Depreciation expense is the product of depreciation rate, product price and product use date.
The calculation formula is the depreciation rate of depreciation expense multiplied by the date of product use multiplied by the daily depreciation rate of product price, which is stipulated in some catalogues that implement three guarantees. Product use date refers to the number of days that consumers actually use the product. When calculating the date of use, it should be from the date of invoice to the date of return of purchased products, deducting the time occupied by maintenance and the time without spare parts maintenance.
Within a certain period of time after the goods are sold, if the goods are damaged or have any quality problems, the merchants should implement the three-guarantee policy for consumers. The three-guarantee policy guarantees repair, return and replacement, and consumers have the right to ask merchants to repair or replace goods free of charge during the three-guarantee period.
