5. Communicate the instructions of the head office to the salesperson in time and report the new situation in the store to the head office and put forward suggestions to solve the emerging problems;
6. Collect and summarize the trends and new market strategies of peers around you, and report to relevant personnel of the Head Office in time.
The assistant manager's main job is to assist the manager's management strategy. When the manager is not in the store, the assistant manager temporarily replaces the manager's position to complete all the work in the store.
