2. Passengers are allowed to bring their own proper articles into and out of the country without having to declare to the customs. Each inbound passenger is allowed to carry 1 liter of wine and spirits, not exceeding 250g of tobacco, including 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars (each weighing not more than 3g), 65,438+000 cigars or 250g of tobacco leaves, duty-free.
In addition, all imported electrical appliances need to pay an import tax of 5%.
Departing passengers don't need to declare any antiques, goldware, jewels, radios and cameras.
5.65,438+08-year-old tourists returning from Macao to their original place of residence via Hong Kong can be allowed by the Hong Kong government to bring 1 liter of drinking alcohol and 60 cigarettes or 65,438+05 cigars or 75g of other manufactured tobacco duty-free. Passengers holding Hong Kong identity cards must be away from Hong Kong for at least 24 hours to enjoy the above tax exemption.

Announcement on matters related to temporary storage of passengers' luggage and articles.
Article 1 If the luggage and articles carried by inbound and outbound passengers are under any of the following circumstances, the customs shall temporarily refuse to release them:
(1) The passenger cannot pay the duty on imported articles on the spot;
(2) Inbound and outbound articles fall within the scope of license management, but passengers cannot submit them on the spot;
(3) The inbound and outbound articles exceed the reasonable quantity for self-use, and the goods declaration formalities or other customs formalities should be handled in accordance with the regulations, but have not yet been handled;
(4) There are doubts about the attributes and contents of inbound and outbound articles, which need to be appraised, identified and verified by the relevant competent authorities;
(five) other luggage and articles that are temporarily not released according to regulations. Luggage and articles that are temporarily not released by the customs may be temporarily stored.
The above-mentioned temporarily closed articles do not include articles that should be detained by the customs according to law.
Article 5 When going through the formalities of picking up articles, passengers shall submit the original vouchers to the customs and show their valid entry and exit certificates. If a passenger entrusts another person to handle the formalities of picking up articles on his behalf, the entrusted agent shall submit the original documents, the written power of attorney issued by the passenger himself, a copy of the passenger's valid entry and exit documents, and show the agent's valid identity documents to the customs.
Article 6. Within three months from the date of temporary storage, passengers shall go through the customs formalities for articles temporarily not released by the customs. If it is not handled within the time limit, the customs shall handle it according to law. The time required for appraisal, evaluation and verification by the relevant competent authorities is not included in the temporary storage time.
