The requirements of "Jewelry/Fashion Jewelry/New Fashion Jewelry" and "Jewelry/Diamond/Emerald/Gold" can be promoted on Taobao Live Platform:

(a) to meet the basic requirements of goods that can be promoted on Taobao live broadcast platform.

(2) The goods belong to Taobao sellers and Tmall merchants, and the refund rate of fake goods in any natural month in the past 365 days does not exceed 10 times of the average refund rate of fake goods in the main category of the store in that month;

(3) The live promotion of Taobao sellers, Tmall merchants and fake refund anchors in any natural month in the past 365 days shall meet the following requirements:

(1) It is forbidden to make any of the following price claims, including but not limited to:

(1) Product name, origin, specification, grade, texture, pricing unit, price, etc. The price marked in the price tag and price list of goods is inconsistent with the actual situation, and it is used as a means to deceive consumers to buy;

(2) The marked market lowest price, ex-factory price, wholesale price, special discount price, straight down 1000 yuan and other prices indicate that there is no basis and no comparison;

(3) Fictitious original price, fictitious reasons for price reduction, false preferential discounts, lying about price reduction or price increase to trick consumers into buying, unable to provide or providing false trading bills before price reduction.

(2) Before the anchor promotes jewelry products, professional inspectors shall inspect the materials and grades declared by suppliers, or entrust a third-party inspection agency to conduct inspection, and establish data files to keep jewelry purchase and acceptance records for quality responsibility traceability.

(3) During the live broadcast, the anchor unilaterally or agreed with the buyer that the seven-day return without reason is invalid, and the transaction is executed according to the relevant rules of seven-day return without reason.
