BVLGARI is an Italian luxury brand, which belongs to LVMH Group and was founded by Sotirio Bulgari in Rome on 1884.

1905, Via Condotti 10 Bulgari boutique in Rome officially opened. 1977, Bulgari's first generation of BVLGARI Bulgari watches officially came out. 2002/KLOC-official website shows that Bulgari's products mainly include: jewelry, watches, leather goods, accessories, perfume, theme hotels, etc.

In April 2020, the list of "50 Most Valuable Clothing Brands in the World in 2020" was released, and Bulgari ranked 27th.

Development history

1884 Greek silversmith Sotirio Bulgari founded the jewelry brand BVLGARI with the same name in Rome.

1905, Via Condotti 10 Bulgari boutique in Rome officially opened.

1934, when Bulgari Rome Condotti's global flagship store reopened, the Bulgari family decided to change the letter "U" in the original brand name to the Latin letter "V", which made it impossible to respect the long history of ancient Rome.

From 1940s, the Italian style of BVLGARI Bulgari began to sprout, combining dazzling gold with the elegant posture of Serpenti jewelry.

In the mid-1960s, BVLGARI Bulgari further introduced the bold color matching of rare colored gems into jewelry design. Inspired by the circular vault of Roman architecture, convex gemstones have become the iconic elements of the brand, highlighting the bright and gorgeous color matching of gemstones.
