Specific reissue process and department:
1. Applicants need to fill in the Application Form for Certificate Replacement of Putonghua Proficiency Test (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form for Certificate Replacement) to apply;
2. Submit two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos;
3. The contents in the application form must be accurate, and a recent bareheaded 1 inch photo should be posted on the upper right;
4. After completing the "Application Form for Replacement", I need the seal of my unit, and then go to my original examination registration point and examination station (point) to fill in the audit opinion, seal it and put it on record; Staff of the certification office of Putonghua Test Center;
5. When the applicant submits the application form for replacement to the Putonghua Proficiency Test Center, he/she needs to input his/her voice data (live recording according to the materials provided by the Center);
6. After receiving the "Application Form for Replacement" and the re-entered audio data, the Putonghua Testing Center will compare the applicant's original audio data with the audio data recorded at the time of application, and complete it within 20 working days;
7. After receiving the certificate of Putonghua proficiency test from the center, the applicant should bring his ID card (original) and 1 recent bareheaded 1 inch photos to collect evidence, and may not entrust others to collect evidence. If you don't get the certificate within 20 days, the center won't keep it. If you still need a grade certificate, you must reapply.
