1. In order to make the nozzles work, before the equipment starts to undertake the production business, print more pictures, using all four colors of CMYK4, and add C, M, Y and K on both sides of the pictures to ensure that the four nozzles are in the ink-jet state;

2. When spraying, take out the moisturizing sponge from the cleaning station at the right end together with its bracket;

3. Turn off the power supply of the equipment;

4. firstly, clean the moisturizing sponge with cleaning liquid, and then pour the cleaning liquid on the sponge for soaking;

5. Move the machine head back to the cleaning station at the right end, so that the nozzle is closely combined with the moisturizing sponge;

6. Keep this state and let the equipment stay overnight;

7. Press the pause button to pause the inkjet operation, and then press the clean button to move the head to the left cleaning position;

8. Keep the power supply of the equipment connected, and unplug the signal line of the liquid level sensor connecting the auxiliary ink tube and the head control panel;

9. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the auxiliary ink tube) on the nozzle, and then use the glass syringe to extract the cleaning solution to clean the nozzle. Methods: Use 40ml of cleaning solution every time, once every 10 minute, *** 3~4 times;

10. After cleaning, plug in the signal lines of the ink supply tube and the liquid level sensor again, and then continue the previously suspended printing job.
