First, the fire alarm:

1. Employees in the building have the responsibility to report to the central fire control room at any time and place.

2. If there is a fire in the building, if it is a small fire at first, you should use a portable fire extinguisher nearby to save yourself and protect the scene, and report the situation to the Security Department. 3. When calling the police, don't panic, calm down, and report the fire area, burning substances, fire size, whether there are casualties, the name, department and location of the alarm person to the central fire control room in clear language.

4. Turn off the power supply, gas switch, doors and windows near the fire source.

Don't shout "fire" to avoid unnecessary confusion. Keep calm, and only with the authorization of the fire commander can you call the police "1 19".

Second, the fire confirmation:

1. When receiving the alarm call, the central control room should record the name of the alarm person, the department where it belongs, the exact location of the fire, the burning substance, the size of the fire and whether there are any casualties.

2. When the central control room receives a telephone alarm or fire alarm from a fire truck, it immediately informs the police officers on standby to confirm at the scene and finds out the following problems:

(1) The specific location of the fire, the burning substance, the size of the fire, and whether there are any casualties.

(2) What is the fire source? Is it an electrical fire or something else?

(3) When confirming the fire, pay attention to it. You shouldn't open the door rashly. You should try the temperature of the door first. If it is normal, you can open the door to check. If the door is hot, you can confirm that there is fire inside. At this time, if there is someone in the room, you should try to save people first. When opening the door, be careful not to point your body at the door and enter as appropriate.

(4) Feedback information to the central control room immediately after the fire is confirmed.

Third, the fire report:

1. After the fire is confirmed, the personnel on duty in the central control room shall report to the security manager and the fire supervisor immediately (during normal working hours) (at night and holidays), report to the manager on duty, and send an alarm signal to the security dormitory.

2. Call the operator on duty (during normal working hours).

3. After receiving the alarm, the operator on duty shall immediately notify the director of the property management center and the managers of all departments.

Four. Actions of personnel at all levels:

1. After receiving the alarm, the director of the building property management center immediately rushed to the central control room to set up a fire fighting headquarters to direct fire fighting and rescue evacuation operations.

2. After receiving the alarm, the manager on duty immediately rushed to the scene of the fire and directed the fire fighting during abnormal working hours.

3. The security manager rushed to the central control room immediately after receiving the alarm to assist the director of the property management center in directing fire fighting and rescue evacuation.

4. After receiving the alarm, the manager of the administrative office of the property management center, the manager of the customer service department and the manager of the engineering department informed the personnel in all positions of the department to stick to their posts, prepare for evacuation, and immediately rushed to the central control room to form a fire fighting headquarters.

5. The security fire chief rushed to the scene of the fire immediately after receiving the alarm, and directed the obligatory fire brigade to carry out fire fighting and rescue operations. After receiving the alarm, the internal security supervisor of the security department immediately rushed to the main entrance of the building to adjust the deployment of police force and maintain the order at the main entrance and the periphery.
