If the file is too large, you can compress it to make it smaller. First, right-click the file to be compressed and select the Add to Compressed File option. Then, in the pop-up dialog box, set the saving location, file name and compression format, and then click OK. When compressing a file, you must select a file format, otherwise the file format is incorrect and cannot be opened in the existing file browser.
