When consigning some special items, the transport certificate issued by the designated department shall be provided. If gold, silver, jewelry and monetary securities are consigned, the official documents of the People's Bank of China or the exemption certificate of the local railway public security bureau (office) or public security bureau (sub-bureau) shall be provided. The consignment of guns shall be accompanied by the transport certificate of the local (county) public security bureau. The consigned police dog shall submit a written certificate from the public security department; Wild animals protected by national laws shall submit the transportation certificate of the competent forestry department of the state. Inspection-free goods consigned shall provide the inspection-free certificate of the local railway police department. Animal and plant quarantine certificates should be provided when supporting animals and plants. When consigning Class I or Class II radioactive isotopes (except gaseous radioactive substances) with radiation level H≤ 1mrem/h, the "Inspection Certificate for Surface Pollution and Radiation Level of Radioactive Articles Packaged by Railway Transportation" audited and issued by the railway health and epidemic prevention department shall be presented. The radioactive pollution on the surface of the package and the radioactivity of its contents shall not exceed the limits specified in Table 1 and Table 2 of the Rules for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Railway. The number of pieces loaded in a batch or a baggage car shall not exceed 20 pieces, each piece shall not exceed 40 kilograms, and shall not be assembled with photosensitive materials and living animals, and shall be separated from food by more than 2 meters. When consigning the oil sample box, the special oil sample box specified by the railway must be used, and the certificate of using the oil sample box issued by the competent department of the State Council Railway shall be provided. After arriving at the station, the consignee directly picks up the goods from the baggage car.
