1. The number of work clothes of the company shall be reported by the production department to the finance department or other relevant departments of the company for purchase according to the number of existing employees plus 20-30% (new employees);

There are two kinds of factory clothes in our company: winter clothes and summer clothes (both coats), winter clothes 50 yuan/piece, summer clothes 30 yuan/piece. We will inform you separately if there are any changes.

Three, factory clothes are divided into four types: extra large, large, medium and small. No one is allowed to change the style and color of factory clothes.

Fourth, the distribution standard:

5.3. If any employee resigns or leaves his post, the tooling expenses can be handled as follows:

A. If employees leave their jobs six months after the work clothes are issued, they can take their work clothes with them without deduction;

B. If an employee leaves his job within six months after three months from the date of work clothes distribution, he can take the work clothes away and deduct 30% of the expenses;

C. If the work clothes are distributed less than three months after one month, employees can take their work clothes with them, and deduct 50% of the expenses;

D. If employees leave their jobs less than one month after the work clothes are issued, they can take their work clothes with them and deduct 100% of the expenses.

Six, employee dress code

Article 2 Types of work clothes

Article 4 Work clothes dress requirements

(3) The work clothes should be changed frequently, and there should be no tripping, wrong buckling and off-line phenomenon.

(4) Keep your mouth clean and your hands clean during working hours; Cut your nails often, don't leave them too long, and don't apply nail polish.

(5) During working hours, you must wear the work permit issued by the company in a unified way, and wear it in a proper position on the left chest. The style and logo of work clothes and badges shall be uniformly formulated by the company, and no department or individual may change them at will.

4. Dress requirements for male employees:

(2) During working hours, do not wear bare arms or hurdle vests or shorts.

5. Dress requirements for female employees

(1), it is advisable to wear decent clothes during working hours.

(2) The hair should be neatly combed, and the hairstyle (including hairstyle and color) should not be weird, and the forehead hair should not be over-browed; Advocate light makeup, gold and silver jewelry or other accessories to wear properly.

(4) Employees should avoid using strong perfume during working hours.

Note: ① If the service life of work clothes is advanced due to personal reasons, compensation shall be given as appropriate.

(2) Any employee who needs to change his work clothes for personal reasons shall submit a written application to the office. After verification, the office shall go through the relevant formalities according to the work clothes distribution procedure and distribute them.

Article 5 Procurement management of work clothes

1. The administrative office will arrange a special person to be responsible for the unified procurement of the company's employees' work clothes;

2, work clothes purchasing personnel according to the safety inventory arrangement routine procurement, to ensure the timely supply of work clothes. When the actual inventory quantity of a certain type of work clothes is lower than the safe inventory quantity (10 sets, except when changing seasons), the purchaser shall arrange the purchase according to the minimum total purchase quantity of the relevant contract signed with the supplier, and reasonably allocate the purchase quantity of each model, and the inventory quantity of all work clothes shall not exceed the maximum inventory quantity of this model (the maximum inventory quantity is 50 sets of each model);

3. Due to the sudden large-scale recruitment of employees (more than 50 people are recruited at one time, such as accepting graduates) or the need of changing seasons, the buyer arranges unconventional procurement according to the work clothes demand table filled out by various departments of the company. According to the company's personnel recruitment plan, the office fills in the work clothes demand form one month in advance and reports it to the relevant leaders for approval, so as to arrange the work clothes purchase in time;

4. Buy summer clothes from February to September every year, and buy spring and summer clothes and winter clothes from June 65438+ 10 to June 65438+ 10 of the following year;

7. At the end of each quarter, the work clothes administrator, the work clothes buyer and the office director shall make an inventory of the work clothes in stock and report the inventory results to the relevant leaders of the company.

Article 6 Distribution and replacement of work clothes

1, the office is responsible for the distribution and replacement of work clothes;

2. According to the requirements for the distribution and replacement of work clothes, the office fills in the Work Clothes Application Form, and after being approved by the relevant leaders, it will handle the delivery, distribution and other related procedures with this application form;

3. When new employees join the company, the office will issue the corresponding probation certificate; Office staff will issue official work badges after the probation period expires, and at the same time do a good job in the distribution and collection of work clothes; Retail stores and warehouse staff will issue work clothes for the induction season immediately after they join the company.

4. Work clothes should be distributed on a seasonal basis. Summer clothes are distributed from May to June in 65438+1October every year, and spring and summer clothes and winter clothes are distributed from June165438+1October to April of the following year. Any employee who has not received a full set of work clothes shall be filled in by the office before the season change (February and September every year) and reported to the relevant leaders for approval. Article 7 Work clothes and fee refund

(1) office staff

Office staff's work clothes (not employees of direct chain stores, storage and transportation departments and logistics departments, but including managers of direct chain stores, storage and transportation departments and logistics departments) shall be borne by employees and the company, with 50% of the expenses respectively, which shall be deducted from the salary at one time by the finance department.

2. For office workers who leave their jobs after receiving work clothes for less than one year (non-company reasons), 50% of the work clothes expenses originally borne by the company shall be borne by the employees according to the time when the remaining service is less than one year, and deducted from their wages. The calculation formula is as follows:

Deducting the service fee = 50% of the service fee undertaken by the company/12 months *( 12 months-working months).

Note: If it is more than 15 days (excluding), it will be counted as one month; if it is less than 15 days (including), it will not be counted.

3. After the office workers leave their jobs and pay the relevant work clothes fees according to the regulations, the work clothes will be owned by the employees.

(two) personnel of direct chain stores and storage and transportation departments (except managers and store managers)

1. The production cost of work clothes for direct chain stores and storage and transportation personnel shall be borne by the company in full;

2. From the date of issuing work clothes, the company will no longer charge employees who have worked for one year for work clothes.

3. The franchisee's work clothes expenses shall be fully borne by the franchisee, and the replacement cycle shall be implemented according to the unified regulations of the company.

Note: ① The work clothes of the resigned employees who pay the work clothes use fee according to the above provisions shall be owned by the employees themselves.

Article 8 Punishment provisions:

1, department heads should conscientiously implement and urge their employees to abide by this regulation.

2. Those who don't wear work clothes in accordance with the regulations during working hours will be fined for the first time 10 yuan, and 20 yuan will be fined for the second time within one month. Employees who repeatedly find that they don't wear work clothes according to the regulations will be fined 20? 50 yuan.

3. In any department with a team leader, if the employees of this group don't dress according to the company's requirements during working hours, and more than 2 person-times (excluding) are in this group within one month, the team leader will be fined 1 person-time; If there are more than 3 person-times in the whole department (excluding), the department manager will be fined 20 yuan for each person-time exceeding/kloc-0.

4. For a department without a team leader, if the employees of this department don't dress according to the company's requirements during working hours, if they exceed 3 person-times (excluding) in one month, the department manager will be fined 1 person-time;

5. The fine will be deducted directly from the salary of the current month.

6. If it is dirty or damaged, it will be punished according to the circumstances; If the work clothes are damaged due to improper personal custody, the individual shall apply to the company for replacement, and the expenses shall be borne by himself.

Article 9 Daily management, supervision and inspection

1. The company office is responsible for the distribution, supervision and inspection of employees' work clothes, and the heads of all departments cooperate with the daily management and are responsible for the wearing of their work clothes and badges;

2. From the date of promulgation of these regulations, all new employees shall abide by these regulations.

Article 10 Others

1. The Company's office is responsible for the interpretation and modification of the Management Measures.
