In 2005, Agile Group determined the development strategy centered on the Pearl River Delta, and successively expanded to Guangzhou, Zengcheng, Zhongshan, Zhaoqing and Sihui. In 2005-2006, Zhongshan Splendid Sunshine Garden, Zengcheng Splendid Royal Garden and Panyu Splendid Silver Bay appeared.

In 2007, the brand image of Agile Real Estate was formally established. Guangzhou Splendid Peninsula, Zengcheng Splendid Xintiandi and Splendid Yuan Yin, Zhongshan Splendid House, Zhaoqing Splendid Rhine Garden, Sihui Splendid Palm Garden and other real estate projects go hand in hand, with a total development area of over 2.5 million square meters.

In 2008, when the global financial crisis spread, Agile Group's projects under construction reached 15, and Jinxiu Bay City appeared, with sales exceeding 300 million yuan in just three days.
(2009)
In 2009, Agile Group began to set foot in residential commercial real estate and tourism real estate, and started the first large-scale urban complex project in Guangzhou. At the end of the year, Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort and Yangjiang Hailing Island Tourism Project were also awarded. At the same time, Agile Group has also stepped out of the Pearl River Delta and expanded to Baotou, Erdos, Inner Mongolia and Sanya, Hainan, taking a step towards the whole country.

In 20 12, Agile Group continued to maintain a steady development trend, adding several projects in Panyu, Guangzhou, and started development. Zhongshan New Splendid International Flower City opened for sale, and gained two new projects in Zengcheng, and also expanded to Foshan, Qingyuan, Shaoguan, Dongguan and other places.
