Mr. Bean, originally clumsy, was a guard in the exhibition hall of a British art museum, but as a representative of the Royal Art Museum, he was sent to the United States to attend the unveiling ceremony of a famous painting. He made many hilarious farce. The film also satirizes British and American bureaucracy. The film was very popular when it was released in Europe and America, and won the box office championship.
