Sea fish. Also known as Hong Jiaji, Li Hong, Akasaka and Red Crucian Carp. The body of snapper is oval, with a small head and mouth, a continuous dorsal fin and no notch in the middle. The gluteal fin is opposite to the dorsal fin strip, the caudal fin is bifurcated, the whole body is reddish, and some blue spots are scattered on the back. Tail fin edge is black, and abdomen is silvery white. Lutjanus japonicus is a kind of offshore bottom fish, which is distributed in various sea areas of China, with a large yield in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea.
Bronze snapper
Bronze snapper or common snapper is a very popular fishing and hunting species. Its head is scaleless, its body is flat and dark, and its whole body is covered with fine scales, usually with a layer of mucus. The main color of the body is golden brown, and the pectoral fin and ventral fin have red edges. The average adult fish weighs between 1.8-3.2 kg, and the maximum gross weight of rare fish is 9 kg.
