1. If the jewelry store suffers economic losses due to employees, the employees shall be liable for compensation, and the monthly deduction shall not exceed 20% of the employees' monthly salary.

2. If the deducted surplus wage is lower than the local monthly minimum wage, it shall be paid according to the minimum wage.
