Step 1: Detection

Step 6: Spray mustard seed paint.
The technology of powder spraying and melting at high temperature and powder spraying at the bottom of the wheel hub solves the shortcomings of poor hardness and poor adhesion of the wheel hub caused by paint priming of general wheel hub renovation manufacturers.
Step 7: Electroplating
The hub enters the dust-free electroplating production line for electroplating and baking (electroplating involves technical exclusive rights, so it is not convenient to introduce pictures).
Step 8: spray top coat.
The hardness of the hub can be achieved by spraying the top coat and baking it for more than 2 hours, which can reach the standard of flawless surface of the hub.
Step 9: Salt spray test
The salt spray test was carried out after the wheel hub was electroplated to detect the salt spray corrosion resistance quality of the wheel hub, which greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the wheel hub.
