The former has no organic disease, and the possible direct or promoting reasons include mental stress, anxiety, depression, guilt, lack of confidence in one's sexual ability, disharmony in interpersonal relationship, emotional crisis between husband and wife, trauma of first sexual intercourse, mental burden of masturbation in the past, and even misunderstanding of doctors' explanations by patients.
The latter can be seen in various neurological, endocrine, vascular and drug factors.
