In sales, I have mastered the following skills:
1. Treat customers as relatives, and what is appropriate is good. Think for customers everywhere, be attentive to customers, and let customers buy without regret.
2. Learn to observe customers. When you see a customer come in, just smile and say hello. It's not too late for customers to wait until they see a place stop. You can observe the bright spots of customers without talking first, and don't be too enthusiastic to avoid giving people pressure. Find a topic from the customer, observe the customer's dress and give the customer a place in your mind.
3. Pay attention to service details. Walking in front of customers, I won't follow, because I know it's to meet customers instead of chasing them. When the client moves forward, I move backward. Standing in front of me, customers don't salute me when they bend over to look at jewelry. When they looked up to communicate with me, they just looked at me from the side, not looked up at me.
As a salesman, I can have counter language skills. The main idea should be affinity:
First, harmony. When receiving customers, be warm and respectful, affable, calm, not unreasonable, not expressionless, not sarcastic, not insulting, not neglecting customers.
Second, elegance. When receiving customers, I can be kind and gentle, pay attention to the way of speaking, vivid words, images and appropriate metaphors, and leave a vivid impression on customers.
Third, modesty. I will be modest, polite, friendly and not arrogant when receiving customers.
Fourth, be polite. My use of polite language is not only a sign of respect for customers and myself, but also the basis of harmonious relationship with customers.
The so-called professional ethics is to stress honesty, and it is strictly forbidden to resort to deceit, confuse the fake with the real, and shoddy. Therefore, honesty is beneficial to others and more beneficial to yourself. I always adhere to the road of honesty, work hard and be myself!
