Canadian ice wine is a very famous local sweet wine, which is made by naturally freezing grapes on vines at a temperature below minus 8℃. Ice wine has a long history, which began to spread in Europe more than 200 years ago. Canadian brewing technology was brought to Canada by German immigrants. After further improvement, it became white ice wine and red ice wine, which is also one of Canada's famous specialties.
Canada is famous for its maple leaves, and maple sugar is recognized as a traditional specialty of Canada. Maple sugar is rich in minerals, organic acids, calcium, magnesium and other nutrients, which can supplement the ingredients needed by the human body. Maple sugar is not as sweet as honey.
