(1) Places where guns, ammunition and explosives are produced and stored;

(two) the key places or parts of radio, television and telecommunications units;

(3) Libraries where important files and materials are stored centrally;

(4) Places where important computer databases are stored;

(5) Places where precious metals such as gold and silver and jewels are processed, stored and distributed;

(6) the place where money and securities are produced and stored, and the place where financial business and financial information are operated and stored;

(7) Museums, exhibition halls, cultural relics shops and other places where cultural relics, treasures and valuables are displayed, stored and distributed;

(8) Centralized storage places for highly toxic substances, radioactive substances and pathogenic bacteria and viruses;

(9) Important parts of star-rated hotels, high-grade commercial buildings and large-scale activity places;

(ten) other places and parts where technical preventive measures should be taken as stipulated by the state and the Municipal People's government.
