Rent subsidy policy: The newly introduced leading industrial enterprises with industrial and commercial tax relations in Chengdu High-tech Zone will be given a 3-year rent subsidy if they rent office buildings with professional characteristics cultivated in Chengdu High-tech Zone, the first 1 year 40 yuan/square meter/month and the second and third years 20 yuan/square meter/month; For the headquarters or headquarters enterprises of newly introduced international and domestic well-known enterprises, the rent subsidy will be implemented for 3 years at 40 yuan/square meter/month; For the headquarters or headquarters enterprises of the newly introduced Fortune 500 enterprises and the top enterprises in different industries 10, the rental subsidy will be implemented for 3 years according to 60 yuan/m2/month. The maximum rent subsidy of the same enterprise shall not exceed 3 million yuan/year, and the subsidy standard shall not exceed the actual rent price. The subsidy standard for major industrialization projects can also be "one thing, one discussion".

Decoration subsidy policy: If the office building with professional characteristics cultivated in Chengdu High-tech Zone is leased or purchased and renovated, a one-time decoration subsidy will be given according to the standard of 200 yuan /m2, and the maximum subsidy of the same enterprise will not exceed 6,543,800 yuan.

Professional service policy: Enterprises above designated size whose annual sales revenue reaches the national standard for the first time and are successfully put into storage will be given a one-time subsidy of 500-654.38+0.5 million yuan. Government departments help professional buildings to carry out industrial planning and attract investment, and introduce government services such as industry and commerce, taxation and policy consultation; Provide professional services such as debt financing, equity financing, listing financing and enterprise cultivation; Coordinate and solve the comprehensive coverage of communication information of the three major operators, and coordinate supporting services such as road construction and parking spaces around building projects.
