I had heard of him long before the detention center where I worked in Xiao Tong.
At first, Xiao Tong was not detained in our office. She was detained in a city guard room on suspicion of drug trafficking and was later sentenced to serve her sentence in a detention center. Suzhou Public Security Bureau has two detention centers that receive suspects on a monthly basis. In this drug trafficking case, Xiao Tong was sent to prison when he was in prison. Women commit far less crimes than men. All of our cells 16 have only one female cell, and so do the guards. At the beginning of this year, due to the security needs of the prison, our hospital exchanged a prison guard for a female detainee. This female detainee transferred from prison is called Xiao Tong.
