Africa is located in the western part of the Eastern Hemisphere, southern Europe, western Asia, eastern Indian Ocean and western Atlantic Ocean, crossing the equator vertically. From the broad sense of jade, Africa definitely produces jade, but only from the narrow sense of jade and Tian Yu, we have never heard of the original jade stone produced in Africa.
The jadeite original stone basically comes from North Myanmar. The jadeite original stone is mainly produced in the Quaternary and Tertiary conglomerate layered jadeite deposits in the Ulu River basin in northern Myanmar. Jadeite is mainly distributed in Kachin State in northern Myanmar, with a length of about 240 km from north to south and a width of 170 km from east to west. 187 1 year, several major mineral deposits were discovered in Lu Wu river basin of Myanmar, among which four are the most famous, namely, Dumao, Myanmar, Panmao and Nannaimao.
Emerald original stone producing area
Guatemala
Guatemala is a country that produces commercial grade jadeite except Myanmar. Compared with Burmese jadeite, Guatemalan jadeite is mostly of poor texture, usually with coarse-grained structure and low transparency. The colors are dark green, black, blue-green and variegated green. Because Guatemala's jadeite is natural, there is no improved treatment of B, C, B+C and other commodities, so it has been recognized by European and American markets and has become a strong competitor of Myanmar jadeite.
Japan
Japan's jade producing areas are scattered in Niigata Prefecture, Yuchuan City and Chinghamachi Prefecture in Japan. Mainly used for primary minerals, mainly jadeite aggregate and coarse crystal. The colors are mainly green and white, with dry texture, low yield and poor texture. Most of them can't be engraved. They have no commercial value. They are mainly used by miners.
United States of America
American jade, mainly produced in California. Secondary ore and secondary ore. Compared with Burmese jadeite, American jadeite can only be used as carving materials, lacking gem-grade emeralds. Dry texture and thick structure. The jadeite deposit in Mendocino county is Liqihu mine, which is mainly composed of diopside, jadeite, garnet and pumice veinlets.
Republic of Kazakhstan
Emerald deposits in Kazakhstan are mainly related to ltumunda and Levo Kechpeli mines, mineralization and serpentine mines. Emerald mainly has light gray, dark gray, light green and dark green colors. Medium-fine grained metasomatic texture. The original jadeite stone in Kazakhstan is produced near Ithmoulouda, which is 1 10km east of Kashgar. Its jadeite is also poor in texture, rough in structure, opaque, mostly green in color, and can't reach the commercial level.
