He is like a "poisonous snake"
Cold-blooded and cruel, traces are hard to find.

"Viper" came out.
Charles Suo Blagi left the high-security prison in Kathmandu and boarded a flight back to France.
Blatch.
He is 78 years old, and his gloomy hat brim can't cover his completely gray hair, which also shows his old age.
Don't be fooled by his appearance. He was carrying at least 20 lives, and his methods were extremely cruel.
"Viper" is his code name-he is very good at camouflage, whether it is deceiving victims or avoiding the police. To sum up: insidious and cunning.
Netflix and the BBC made the series Snake based on him. Talking about this role, tahar rahim, the leading actor, said, "I thought of an animal, of course, a snake, but I chose a cobra. It won't keep moving, but it's terrible. When a cobra bites, it often bites quickly. "
Poster of Viper.
However, Mr Blagi, who was released from prison, seems to deny everything.
At the end of 2022, the Nepalese Supreme Court ruled that Suo Blagi was released on health grounds and deported to France within 15 days.
The next day, he set foot on the plane back to France. On the way, he insisted to an AFP reporter that he was "innocent".
"I feel good ... I have a lot of things to do. I want to sue many people, including Nepal. " He stressed.
The reporter asked him if he thought he was wrongly described as a "serial killer".
He answered twice in a row: "Yes, yes."
It seems that his "dog blood" life has not stopped.
Focus on western backpackers
There is a saying about the crime story of Suo Blagi: If you are a backpacker wandering in Southeast Asia in 1970s, you will probably meet Suo Blagi. Then, your trip may be unexpectedly and tragically shortened.
At that time, backpackers were Blagi's "prey".
Everything has to start from his growing background.
1944 On April 6th, Suo Blagi was born in Saigon, Viet Nam. His father is Indian and his mother is Vietnamese. This marriage didn't last long. My mother remarried to a Frenchman and Mr. Blagi became a French citizen.
Due to lack of discipline, he formed the bad habit of committing crimes in France. He was robbed, stolen, cheated and sent to prison many times for misdemeanors.
Unable to get along in France, he began to look around and chose Southeast Asia as his new base. It is also a pilgrimage site for western backpackers.
1975, he came to Bangkok, Thailand, disguised as a jeweler "hunting". His usual trick is to trick the victim into his home and then find a chance to poison him.
Nadine Gilles is a young backpacker from Europe. When she first arrived in Thailand, she met the enthusiastic Mr. Blagi.
Gilles saw that the other party was proficient in the culture of Europe and Southeast Asia, and their manners were very gentle, so there was no doubt. She also moved into Suo Blagi's apartment building in Bangkok.
"He is very cultured and polite." At first, she was full of praise for her neighbors.
But she soon noticed the clue. She found that Suo Blagi often called western backpackers like her, most of whom were robbed or even disappeared.
"He turned out to be a liar, kidnapper and tourist robber!" Gilles has a lingering fear. Her last description of Mr. blatch was "an evil murderer"
Agence France-Presse said that Suo Blagi was involved in more than 20 murders.
One of the most famous cases is the murder on the beach. 1975, the body of an American woman was found in Pattaya Beach, Thailand. She still wears a bikini when she swims. After later investigation, it was determined that the murderer was Mr Blagi.
Therefore, he is also known as the "bikini killer". However, he was not caught at that time.
In the murder case he was accused of, the method of murder was cruel. In addition to beating and strangling, in order to make the victim's appearance unrecognizable, he will also choose to set fire and burn directly.
Stills of Viper.
He collects the passports of victims and uses their identities to smuggle jewelry and drugs, so even if they are suspected by the police, it is difficult to become targets.
He is like a "poisonous snake"-cold-blooded, cruel and hard to find.
1July, 976, he stumbled. In New Delhi, India, he tried to poison a group of French tourists, but the other party had called the police. After his arrest, he was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment by the Indian police.
Blatch.
After serving his sentence, he returned to France and went to Nepal in 2003.
Mr Blagi still lived a happy life, but it didn't last long. What put him in jail again was the old account of Shanghai beach that year.
In a casino in Nepal, he is playing cards with great interest. Someone recognized him on the spot and called the police. Suddenly, he was taken away from the gambling table.
Besides the killing of the American tourist mentioned above, he was also found to have killed the Canadian companion of the tourist. Until more murders were brought out-in 2004, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Suo Blagi attended the hearing in Nepal.
Successfully escaped from prison
Suo Blagi, who has been mixed with society since he was a child, has one characteristic: he is eloquent and proficient in the world.
He cheated many people's trust for this. When he was sentenced to prison in India, he also used this technique to manage relationships, like a duck to water. He smuggled the jewels from his annual income bag into the prison and bribed the guards and guards.
In the end, he lived a luxurious prison life: he could eat three big meals, watch TV, use a typewriter and supply drugs.
How crazy is he? Because he didn't want to be extradited, he directly planned his escape.
At the end of 1985, India agreed to the request of Thai police to extradite Blagi for murdering several tourists.
Mr. blatch panicked. He was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment in India and will face murder charges once he returns to Thailand. This means that the death penalty is likely to await him.
He racked his brains to plan to escape. 1986, he held a party in prison to trick the guards into eating dessert mixed with drugs and sleeping pills. When everyone fell, he swaggered out of the prison.
Before long, he was arrested again. At that time, he was relaxing on the beach in western India, wearing his signature forward hat.
Later, he claimed that his arrest was also part of his plan. Because only by extending the sentence can we avoid being extradited to Thailand.
His plot succeeded and his sentence was increased by 10 years. 1997 When he was released from India, the extradition treaty between India and Thailand had expired.
More importantly, almost all the evidence and witnesses had disappeared at that time, and the Thai police lost interest in extraditing him.
The cunning nature of "viper" has never changed. He thought that he was safe and more unscrupulous from then on.
He talked openly about his past and sold the copyright of a film according to his own experience.
He also started a paid interview with great fanfare. In an interview with Australian journalist Julie Clark, he was frivolous and even admitted that he had committed murder, and told "creepy details".
He has no remorse for what he has done.
Clark recalled: "Suo Blagi always despised backpackers and thought they were poor young drug addicts. He thinks he is a' criminal hero'. "
Blatch returned to France.
Innocent?
In the next "prison trip", blatch changed his attitude. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in Nepal. Only in the end, he insisted that he was "innocent".
He also said that his trial was "based on false documents".
His wife is his most loyal disciple.
Blagi has been through several marriages. His first wife, chantal, became his accomplice.
They met in France. At that time, Suo Blagi had been in and out of prison frequently, but chantal decided to marry him and followed him all the way to Southeast Asia to give birth to two children for him.
The image of a loving couple is enough to make strangers put down most of their guard.
Chantal was born in a conservative family, not a born "outlaw". She is tired of this exciting life.
She thought that having a baby would make her husband stop slowly, but she was wrong. Mr. blatch's crime is getting worse and worse, bordering on madness.
Therefore, disheartened chantal brought the two children back to France.
Blagi's latest wife, Biswas, he met in prison. According to India Today, the age difference between them is 44 years.
Biswas is a Nepalese. She is the translator of Suo Blagi and the daughter of his lawyer when he was serving his sentence in Kathmandu prison.
In an interview in 2008, Suo Blagi said it was love at first sight.
They met each other less than three months before they got married. At that time, Biswas was only 2 1 year old.
Biswas has great trust in her husband. In 2008, she publicly expressed her belief that Suo Blagi was innocent: "He is a good man, and I have seen him care about his family. We have a good relationship. He is innocent and there is nothing against him. "
Biswas.
Obviously, this is just her side of the story.
In 2004, Suo blatch was convicted for the first time in a Nepalese court. He admitted to killing at least 20 young Western backpackers in Asia, involving France, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, India, Thailand and Malaysia.
Recently, Mr Blagi was released, not because he was acquitted.
According to CNN, the Nepalese Supreme Court issued a release judgment on the grounds of Suo Blagi's age and health. According to the court's ruling, Suo Blagi must leave Nepal within 65,438+05 days. The verdict also stated that he needed heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
Mr blatch is on the plane to Paris.
Biswas is still waiting. She said in a recent interview: "The most important thing now is that he can come back safely. Over the years, we have been waiting for him, we will receive him well, and he will receive a proper health check. "
Mr Blagi insisted that he would sue many people.
"Viper" has reached its twilight years. His life is full of evil, and it is also a confusing life.
Richard, the screenwriter of "Viper" series, told BBC: "For many years, Suo Blagi has been in control of his own story, weaving his own story into a fascinating version to attract credulous people, and his hypnotic ability never seems to diminish."
