What is the standard for jewelry display cases?
1. Contrast size

According to the assembled or manufactured showcase, compare the design drawings to see whether the dimensions of the showcase are consistent with the drawings.

paint

When making wooden display cabinets, the surface treatment method is generally baking paint. When accepting the paint showcase, we should first look at it, compare the samples to see if there is any color difference, and then observe the surface of the showcase from the perspective of backlight to see if there is a large area of sandpaper printing. If there is, it means that the showcase is not polished thoroughly, which will affect the brightness of the paint in use; Observe the corners of the display case to see if there are cracks in the paint. If so, it is necessary for the showcase factory to polish the tear and repaint the paint. Look again to see if there are nail holes and nails in the paint. If there are tiny nail holes, the nail holes will become more and more serious in the future use, so we must pay special attention to them. Secondly, touch the surface of the showcase by hand to see if the surface is smooth and flat. If more and larger particles are found on the surface, it means that the dust in the production environment of baking paint showcase is relatively large, and the showcase factory can be required to repaint; If it is found that the surface of the showcase is uneven and has a sense of ups and downs, it means that the showcase was not approved flat when it was approved, and the showcase factory must be required to re-approve the ash before painting.

3. Glass

See if there is any corner collapse and crack on the glass surface. If it is tempered glass, see if there are tempered labels at the corners. If the glass cover is bonded with shadowless glue, whether the glue at the bonding place is uniform, whether there are bubbles and whether the structure is stable.

4. lamps and lanterns

The damage of lamps and lanterns is a common problem in the use of display cabinets, and attention should be paid to it during acceptance. First of all, it depends on whether the trademark of lamps is genuine. General brands of T5 lamps, such as NVC, Sanxiong and Philips, have good quality and long service life. LED is the best spotlight and light bar. Secondly, look at the lamp color, electrify the whole cabinet lamps and see if there is light difference in the lamp color. Finally, you can continue to power on for a period of time to see whether the lights are dim, whether the lamp temperature is too high, and how the ventilation and heat dissipation inside the showcase are done after long-term lighting.

wire

The showcase factory requires the use of cables with separate live wire and neutral wire, and the ground wire must be installed to prevent leakage. Then see if the copper wire in the cross section of the wire meets the standard. When accepting the lamps and lanterns, touch the wires with your hands after the lamps and lanterns are turned on for a period of time to see if they are hot. If it is very hot, you can ask the showcase factory to replace the wire rod with a larger area.

6. Iron parts

If stainless steel materials are used, it is necessary to confirm whether the materials meet the standards. Use mirror stainless steel to see if the mirror is bright and scratched. Use brushed stainless steel to see if the drawing is coherent and smooth, even and straight. See if there is expansion deformation in the welded part of stainless steel after argon arc welding. If so, it can be judged that the material thickness is insufficient. If stainless steel is vacuum coated, it depends on whether there is color difference and uneven coating after coating. If phosphating treatment is adopted, it depends on whether the surface phosphating is in place and whether it is wear-resistant. If there is powder falling, it needs to be phosphatized again. If screws are used, it depends on whether the screws can move freely to avoid thread slipping.

7. Corner part

See if there are cracks, edges and bumps in the corner parts of the showcase and the connection parts between the boards; Whether the joint treatment of the part of the edge of the showcase connected by screws is in place and whether the joint is too large. You can also shake the showcase to see if the structure of the showcase is firm and avoid safety accidents during use.
