Second, the examination method
(a) the implementation of two years as a cycle of rolling management measures for the second-level constructor qualification examination results. Participants in all subject examinations must pass the examination subjects within two consecutive examination years; Personnel who are exempt from some subjects must pass the examination subjects within an examination year before they can obtain the qualification of two-level construction engineer.
(two) the examination subjects "construction management" and "construction regulations and related knowledge" are objective questions; The examination subject "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" consists of six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering. Third, the registration time
This exam adopts the way of online registration and is conducted according to the following procedures:
(1) Submit the application information. Applicants should register at the following websites and submit application information from March 5, 2022 to March 28, 2022 18:00. Fail to report within the time limit.

(2) Inquiring about the prequalification results. After the applicant submits the application information, our center will pre-qualify the relevant information within 3 working days. Please log on to the registration website in time to check the audit situation. If you fail to pass the prequalification, please modify the application information according to the audit opinion and resubmit it.
(3) Online payment. Applicants who have passed the prequalification should complete the online payment before March 3 1 day 18:00, 2022. Those who fail to pay the fee within the time limit will not be paid back, which is regarded as a waiver of the examination qualification.
Fourth, the registration conditions
(1) Conditions for applying for general practice
Anyone who is law-abiding, has a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics (see annex 1 for details) and has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 2 years (excluding internship) can apply. (Select "Test Three Subjects" as the application level in the system)
(2) Exemption conditions for certain subjects
1. Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager of construction enterprises issued by the administrative department of construction in Tibet and meet the above-mentioned conditions (1) and one of the following conditions are exempted from the examination of construction management subjects ("One subject is exempted from examination" is selected as the registration level in the system):
(1) is employed as an intermediate professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy;
(2) Have a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years.
2. Those who have obtained the first-class project manager qualification certificate of construction enterprises issued by the administrative department of construction in Tibet, and meet the above-mentioned (1) conditions and one of the following conditions, are exempted from the two subjects of "Construction Management of Construction Engineering" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" (the "two subjects are exempted from examination" is selected as the registration level in the system):
(1) is employed as an intermediate professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy;
(2) Have a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years.
(3) Increase the conditions for taking professional examinations.
Personnel who have obtained one or more qualifications of professional second-class construction engineers in Tibet may choose professional engineering management and practical subjects for another examination according to the actual needs of their work. (four) the conditions for college graduates in Tibet to apply for the exam
Law-abiding, full-time college degree in engineering or engineering economics (including higher vocational education), and engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year (including internship period); Have a full-time college degree or above in non-engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 2 years after graduation (excluding internship), you can apply for the exam. Graduates of Tibetan colleges and universities who meet the registration requirements will receive 5 points in each subject.
Remarks: Tibetan college graduates refer to full-time ordinary college graduates and vocational college graduates who have obtained graduation certificates after 20 15 1.

Step six? After the prequalification is passed, all application information will not be modified. If the personal information, attachments and photos uploaded by the applicants are inconsistent with the actual information such as identity documents and graduation certificates, they may not take the exam. Step eight? After the applicant has passed the pre-qualification, click "Online Payment" to view the payment information and select the invoice type. Sixth, print the admission ticket
Candidates log in to the examination registration system to download and print the admission ticket 15 days before the examination. And take the exam according to the time, place and requirements specified in the admission ticket. In view of the fact that it is still in the epidemic prevention and control period, applicants are requested to strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control requirements issued subsequently and obey the arrangements of the examination staff and epidemic prevention staff.
Seven, the registration fee standard
The examination fee for the second-level constructor shall be implemented according to the examination fee standard for the second-level constructor approved by the Xizang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission and the Finance Department of the Autonomous Region (revised price [2011] No.302), and the professional engineering management and practice shall be subject to each person 130 yuan, and the construction management and construction laws and regulations and related knowledge.
Eight, the examination requirements
(1) Applicants must hold their own admission ticket and the original valid second-generation ID card when taking the exam, and they are not allowed to take the exam without relevant documents.
(2) According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing (No.[20265438] 18 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) and Item (2) and (3) of Article 30 in Chapter 7 of the Working Rules for Professional and Technical Personnel, the following requirements are required for the examination room discipline: all audio and video examinations are forbidden to enter the examination room after the start, and other examinations are forbidden to enter the examination room after 5 minutes. Obey the closed management of the examination room. During the period when the examination room is closed, in principle, it is not allowed to hand in papers or leave. For subjects with an examination duration of less than 2 hours, the examination room is generally closed until the end of the examination, and the electronic examination can be adjusted to 15 minutes before the end of the examination as appropriate; Subjects with a test duration of more than 2 hours are closed for 2 hours; The examination rooms for voice and video exams are generally closed until the end of the exam.
In 2022, five minutes after the start of all subjects of the Xizang Autonomous Region Grade II Construction Engineer Qualification Examination, candidates are prohibited from entering the examination room. Construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge subjects are not allowed to submit papers in advance, construction management of construction engineering and professional engineering management and practice subjects. After 2 hours of examination time, candidates can hand in their papers and leave in an orderly manner.
(3) Applicants should bring black (blue) pens or signature pens, 2B pencils, erasers, calculators without programming and storage functions, etc., and place them in the designated place in the examination room. The objective questions are answered with 2B pencil on the special answer sheet, and the subjective questions are answered with black (blue) ink pen on the special answer sheet. The examination papers of all subjects can be used as draft paper, which will be recycled after the examination, and no draft paper will be distributed separately.
Nine. qualification test
In 2022, the qualification examination for the second-level constructor in Xizang Autonomous Region includes two parts:

In the examination registration stage, after the applicants submit the information, our center will pre-qualify according to the information filled in by the applicants, and those who do not meet the registration conditions will not be able to pay for the examination.
(2)? Post-qualification examination
After the results and scores are published, our center will verify the authenticity of the materials submitted by qualified personnel, and only those who have passed the examination can obtain the qualification certificate of the second-level constructor. If my grades are qualified, but it is verified that there are cases of providing false materials to take the exam, my test scores will be cancelled, no certificates will be issued, and penalties will be imposed according to relevant regulations.
