Kethleen is a kind of high-grade seasonal jade, mostly white jade, but its texture is more transparent than nephrite. High-grade Tianshan jade even presents a texture similar to ice, so it is commonly known as Kethleen.

Mineral composition: Kethleen's constituent minerals are mainly mica, chlorite, clay minerals, limonite and other impurities.

Chemical composition: The chemical composition of Kethleen is mainly silicon dioxide. In addition, there may be a small amount of elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese and nickel.

Crystal system and crystallization habit: The main component minerals in Kethleen belong to ternary crystal system, which is a kind of microscopic aphanitic-polycrystalline aggregate. The appearance is mostly block-shaped, shell-shaped and bell-shaped.

Kethleen is mainly used to make small pendants, bracelets, necklaces and sculptures, and a few of them are made into rings.
