Because the specific characteristics of different chain enterprises are different, the solution appears in the comprehensive form of consulting software implementation services on the premise of meeting the individual needs of customers. Below, we only introduce the software system scheme. The program consists of distribution resource planning, inventory and distribution system, procurement and financial system. See figure 1 for its structural schematic diagram. Drp mainly collects and analyzes the most critical business data that happened in the grass-roots stores, including: store inventory, sales information (sales volume, price, sales speed, product variety sales ratio, etc. ), the basic financial situation, and the completion of the sales plan, and on this basis, determine the quantity, variety and time of continuous replenishment.
