Yes Ningxiang Coal Dam Industrial Park is a provincial park. Ningxiang City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hunan Province, is managed by Changsha City. It is located in the south edge of Dongting Lake in the northeast of Hunan Province and in the west of Changsha City. Ningxiang has national Ningxiang Economic Development Zone and provincial Jinzhou New District, as well as Xiaruopu Machinery Industrial Park, Meiba Jewelry Industrial Park, Yumei Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park and huaminglou Low-carbon Industrial Park.
