Return and exchange process:
1, confirm the non-human injury first.
2. High-grade jewelry, with the appraisal certificate issued by the National Gem Appraisal Center. If you are in doubt about this, please go to the appraisal institution that issued the certificate for re-inspection.
3. Return the attachments, instructions, invoices, shopping vouchers, packaging, commodities and bundled gifts to our company for return and exchange procedures.
4. If the customer has doubts about the product quality when using it, please issue a written appraisal, and we will handle it according to the national laws and regulations.
Legal basis: Article 23 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests stipulates that other goods and services shall have the quality, performance, purpose and expiration date of normal use, except that consumers have known that there are defects in the goods or services before purchasing.
